Chalet Anna Maria - Apartment H

We are proud to include Chalet Anna Maria in our portfolio of properties in Lech am Arlberg. This stunning apartment development sits directly at the foot of the home slopes, next to the ski school meeting point and moments from one of the main lifts - needless to say it offers direct ski in ski out access to the wonderful Arlberg ski area. Chalet Anna Maria consists 9 separate apartments ranging in size from 35sqm (sleeping two guests) to 120sqm (sleeping up to 6 guests) and a first class shared spa area for all guests to use.

If all apartments are filled to capacity, there are enough bedrooms and space to accommodate parties of up to 35 guests but this situation is rare. Apartment H is the largest apartment and offers 120 square metres of space for up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This larger apartment has a separate kitchen, and two sitting & dining areas each with its own balcony (one at each end of the property).

Each apartment has a terrace or balcony, naturally oiled wooden floors and foot-free box-sprung beds for a restful night's sleep. Please understand that pets are not accepted and smoking is not permitted in Chalet Anna Maria.

The shared spa area is luxury hotel grade and is open to guests 16.00hrs - 20.00hrs. It offers 130 square metres of relaxation space and includes two saunas, steam room, massage room, infrared cabin and a relaxation area complete with drinking fountain and 'effect' fireplace. Please note that according to Austrian hygiene law the spa facilities are a nude area (children are permitted from the age of 14 years). Each apartment has bathrobes and slippers for guests to use in the spa area.
