Overview
Located in the chic resort of St Mortiz and close to the famous frozen lake, the iconic Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski is perfect for an unforgettable luxury experience in the Alps. Just 50 meters from the Signal Bahn, the slopes couldn't be easier to get to. The hotel was built in 1864 and has recently undergone extensive renovations, so it provides its guests with refined contemporary luxury. The gastronomic experience is unparalleled with several award-winning restaurants including Ca d'Oro which was recently awarded a Michelin star and Ristorante Da Adriano that serves hearty Italian cuisine (14 Gault Millau points).
Luxury made in Switzerland, which translates to traditional, conservative, smart with immaculate service. Not as stuffy as some of the four and five star hotels in St Moritz as there is a very informal, almost club style atmosphere in the hotel.
