Hotel Les Suites - Maison Bouvier

Les Suites - Maision Bouvier in Tignes Val Claret is the rebranded luxury hotel formerly known as the Nevada. Following confusion with the Nevada self-catering apartments, which are opposite the hotel and run totally independently, it was decided that the hotel should rebrand under the name of the owner and celebrated local chef Jean-Michel Bouvier.

La Table de Jeanne restaurant is a tribute to Jean-Michel Bouvier's grandmother. She was a cook in the middle-class houses of Chambéry. As a child Mon. Bouvrier loved to watch his grandmother cooking and learned her gourmet style of cooking. Today this very French farmhouse style is recreated for the customers of Table Jeanne. As well as the local style of cooking and ambience even the kitchen has been designed to contribute to the atmosphere of the restaurant. It is open to the restaurant and prepared dishes are served directly from the pans and casseroles. From the plate to decoration, everything is done to make you feel 'at home'. The Ursus restaurant is presided over by Mon. Bouvrier junior who, like his father, is also a professional chef. This small gourmet restaurant has just 45 covers and immerses diners into a forest themed environment.

Cosy, chic and hip, the Whitney Bar is a contemporary alpine bar that serves delicious drinks and cocktails as well as sweet and savoury specialities created by Jean-Michel Bouvier's kitchen. The Whitney Bar is a unique place to enjoy great food and spend time relaxing with friends. It is the perfect location for an afternoon snack, for après-ski or an early-evening drink before dining in the adjoining Ursus restaurant. Or before setting out to enjoy some of the famous evening entertainment Tignes Val Claret has to offer.

As well as the two restaurants within the hotel itself there is also Le Panoramic fine-dining venue (established 2011) which is located on the Grande Motte Mountain at an altitude of 3,032 metres!
