The BASS network operates small, elite teams of expert snowsports teachers. The first BASS was set up in Morzine in 1991 and pioneered the development of British ski schools in the Alps. They now have a (growing) network of ten BASS ski schools across the Alps. BASS are a British run ski school with an excellent reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Adult and children's lessons, both private and groups. Maximum of 6 people per group lesson. They cater for all levels of juniors and adults with a range of course options from beginner to very advanced and also offer off-piste introduction courses. Private family courses and private groups are a popular option. Instructors are highly educated British instructors (or fluent in English) with vast experience from the ski industry. They teach based on Accelerated Learning and Nobel prize winning research. You will find that learning with a BASS instructor is easy, and that fun is inevitable. Ecole du Ski Francais (ESF) is the national ski school in France. Made up of over 17,000 instructors it is the largest ski school in the world. The ESF offers very good value group and private lessons for all abilities and all ages.
