Overview
This is a popular hotel situated in a truly great position right in the car free resort centre. Hotel Sunstar include the restaurant Residence for guests on the Half-Board menu plan, the a la carte restaurant Allegro for Swiss and international cuisine and the hotel lounge with the Fireplace Bar for drinks and snacks and live music entertainment in the evenings. There are excellent facilities including a great indoor pool and kids playroom - this hotel is smart but very family friendly. The nursery slopes are right opposite the hotel and the mountain railway and Mannlichen cable car, both accessing the main skiing, are just one minute's walk away. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient, the food is good and one gets the impression of an extremely well run hotel. We would definitely recommend the Sunstar, especially to families.
Good central location and large swimming pool are the two main pluses. There are others like price and friendly hospitality.
