Hotels in Soll

There is a good selection of three star hotels in Soll for those looking for a great value ski holiday yet still want to enjoy a large ski area. Soll used to have the image as a wild party town and it attracted groups looking to soak up the Austrian hospitality. However, over the years these party crowds have largely moved off to the true party meccas of St Anton and Ischgl. Soll still has lots of good cheer about it but is just as suitable now for a family ski holiday as it is for those looking for a bit of traditional resort atmosphere.

The village resort of Soll is quite small and the main lifts and ski area are accessed via a free resort bus service. Our advice is booking into one of the central hotels to enjoy the charming resort feel. However, hotels such as the Modlinger and the Tyrol are in quieter locations if you are the early to bed type of skier. Our recommendation is the 4 star Hotel Postwirt in the very heart of Soll. It offers lots of history, a superb central location and spa facilities - perfect after a tough day exploring the SkiWelt ski area.
