" The resort staff were very good - very helpful and friendly. The Chalet Hotel Altitude Lodge was clean and welcoming. Great facilities and rooms were a good size. One point - the afternoon tea fell at the time when daytime staff were handing back to evening staff and chalet hosts and it seemed a little hectic. Other than that the chalet staff were great. The chalet was fabulous. "

" Resort staff were good. On the outbound transfer they were very visible at GVA and were very helpful with bags. Nice touch was water and chocolate bar on coach. In resort they were there to serve in the chalet; friendly over pre-dinner drinks, just serving when it came to food. More like a restaurant than a chalet, but no worse for that. They were endlessly obliging when it came to lifts to and from Les Gets, and also Morzine - further afield, though I think they needed to pick up other staff from there in the morning too. Dinners were good; food quantity sufficient rather than extravagant, quality was consistently good: restaurant fare rather than chalet fare. Quality wines were good, and free flowing; sparkling water was also free. "
